Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common patient inquiries regarding visits, payments, and pain management.

Is dental implant treatment painful?

No. The titanium implant placement is done under local anesthesia, so you will feel no pain during the surgery. After the anesthesia wears off, there may be minor swelling or discomfort, which is easily controlled with mild prescription pain relievers.

Are you open on Sundays?

No, we are closed on Sundays. Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you face a dental emergency on Sunday, please text us on WhatsApp or call our support line.

How long does a Root Canal Treatment (RCT) take?

In 90% of cases, we complete the RCT in a single sitting of 60 to 90 minutes. For complex, multi-root infections, we might spread the treatment across 2 sittings to ensure complete disinfection before sealing.

What orthodontic options (braces) do you offer?

We offer traditional metallic braces, aesthetic ceramic braces (which match tooth color), and modern clear invisible aligners (like Invisalign). Dr. Priyanka Shah will recommend the best fit based on a dental scan.

Do you accept dental insurance or medical plans?

In India, dental insurance coverage depends heavily on your corporate policy or health plan. While we don't offer direct cashless insurance, we provide detailed dental clinical certificates, case papers, and tax invoices so you can claim easy reimbursement.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

For your first visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled slot. This allows us to fill out your dental history profile and check your basic vitals before you see the doctor.
